Step one was a phone interview with HR. Basically ran me step by step through my resume, asking me about my responsibilities in each role and the timeline. Very straightforward and pleasant to speak with. Asked about salary expectations and thoroughly explained the setup of the internal departments and the company culture. Overall a positive experience.
