Interview
They hosted a job fair event at their facility to interview potential customer service representatives. The event was very well planned, ran smoothly and everyone involved was an absolute pleasure to meet and they went out of the way to make sure you were comfortable. The interview itself was extremely thorough and it is clear they are very careful about their selection process. I have since completed a second interview which was even more thorough and am awaiting their decision.
