I had three different interviews over the course of a few weeks. One with another assistant manager, the store manager and the district manager. The interview went well. They were friendly and open. I was unsure as to whether my answers would be enough; however I was offered the position. I did have experience but they were interviewing many others during the same time frame that I was being interviewed.
It was very typical, where do you see yourself in 5 years? Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to change jobs? What do you know about this company?
The interview process was easy and quick. The interview was performed at the store, and it seemed like the manager who interviewed me was distracted by worrying about what was happening while she was out back.
Online first for several calls. Then received a tour of store work. Went to meet with several other managers. For another interview, was able to reschedule with no issues. The main Manager seemed very professional.
