Process is: recruiter phone screen, zoom with hiring manager, virtual on-site with 3-4 people, then with the Head of FP&A
They tried to move quickly but I ended up being out of the comp band. I thought it was odd that they asked specifics on amounts of how large of budgets I had previously worked with. For private companies, that's confidential.

Question 1
How big were the budgets you had previously managed before, at each previous company?
First step was a recruiter screen. The recruiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the position. Definitely gave insight into how the culture is at Talkdesk. That’s as far as I progressed, but I think the next step would’ve been a chat with the hiring manager and possibly a case study.
