It was a fair interview process for the level and pay.
Recruiter interview, hiring manager, 4 cross functional partners, and a case study presentation.
My interview process was pleasant until the case study presentation. It was very clear 15 minutes in I wasn't the candidate they were looking for. I can definately appreciate as a candidate my shortcomings, i.e. perhaps I didn't interpret the data the way they expected, my grasp of CRM strategy wasn't advanced enough, etc. All of that is fair and part of the interview process. They deserve to hire the best person for them; what I didn't appreciate was the lack of respect once they had made up their minds.
The CMO was very clearly working on other things/not engaged at all, and the hiring manager got up and walked away during my presentation without preamble, which was very distracting.
Although I'm very aware I wasn't the right fit for the role, the disrespect left me feeling unenthusiastic about Talkiatry. I would never interview here again. If I got an offer, I would've declined.
