I applied online. I interviewed at Talkiatry (New York, NY) in Jul 2021
Interview
Very easy going, relaxed, informative. They also had current employees in the company give additional interviews to answer questions which was very re-assuring. Overall a great experience for interview process.

Tell me about yourself, why did you choose talkiatry
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Talkiatry (Madison, WI) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very easy and supportive. Talked quickly and seemed rushed but supportive. I enjoyed the interview but very high emphasis on salary and exactly how to get paid maximum amount which was somewhat off putting. It seemed they wanted to talk salary more than processes to care for patients which I did not like
Phone conversation with hiring team first. Then spoke to regional directors who are sychiatrists, one-on-one for interviews via video calls. These were on the same day and were an hour long each. Then debriefed with the hiring team. Interviews were pretty informal and mostly getting a sense of why I was interested in Talkiatry/remote work.

Question 1
Asked about my experience with technology and my ability to work remotely.
Very easy, comfortable, stress-free. More about getting to know you. Approx 2-3 rounds of interviews, but nothing intense. Was an easy process and encouraging. I also don't know what else to write but it requires 30 words here.
