The whole process took 2 weeks, and I would say it is easy, although it is very tiring because it has a lot of steps. The HR, technical team, Account Manager and Client are really nice and respectful. I received an email from a HR Third Party Company with the job description and asking if I would like to be part of the process. I replied the email saying I would like to participate and we scheduled a call. In this first call the HR lady told me about Taller and the client for this position, salary and I told my career history, my professional background and skills. After that I had to create a CV in the Taller format. Then the first technical interview. And it was a lot of "How To" situation such as "How have you handled incomplete requirements?", ""How do you validate an API?", and some design questions such as "Desing a system that has this and this and this specification". All of this because of the client (this is the way the client wants). Then I had a conversation with the Taller Account Manager, and almost the same conversation with KForce (a Taller's partner). Finally I had the technical interview with the client and it was almost the same "How To" situation and Design questions as the first technical interview: "How do you test your API? And what frameworks and patterns you use", "If the QA process is incomplete, would you deploy it to Production?", "Desing a system with this and this and this specification", and "Tell me one time that you failed on a task and what was its impact to the company". In the next day I received the offer.
