Brief interview (fifteen minutes), Asked about my background. the interviewer then stated that he was just doing an initial pre-screen and that he felt that I would be a good fit and would be forwarding my resume to the hiring manager for the next steps. I followed up with an email thanking him. He replied stating he had passed on my resume to the hiring manager. I also followed up with the recruiter who said he would also follow up with the interviewer. I never heard from either the recruiter or the company in any way. I've asked the recruiter on two occasions what the status was and was told "Unfortunately, I don’t have any updates. I’m guessing they are not interested in moving forward." That's it!
