I had a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter/hiring manager the second week of January. I sent a thank you note the next day and received a response from her. I was told in-person interviews would begin the first week in February. I sent a polite, follow up email signaling I'm still interested in the job the week before the in-person interviews would start. I've heard nothing back. I've been ghosted.
