Met with a panel: Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, and Senior employee for the position. Started with a personal introduction and my future professional goals. Talked at length about past work experiences, typical interview questions. Opened for questions to them at the end. I was nervous but they were very welcoming and it was a comfortable experience. Was given brief tour of the unit at the end and introduced to the staff as we walked by.
