I wasn't interested in their stock either since it was in a tight trading range for the past year and rightly so. Met with the hiring manager, a newly minted Associate Director of Accounting. Low level questions but adequate. We didn't talk about pipelines, request times, fabric cache, etc. She didn't understand my "learn to code" reference. I was definitely not interested in the position because I can tell she's a micro-manager without knowledge of process improvement and efficiency. They will have 3 people in the department for 1400 employees? Current baseline efficiency ratio is 1 payroll employee per 3000 employee.
