Beware of the data science job postings from this company (lead, senior, etc.). They take advantage of the interview process to receive free consultation on their algorithm improvement. The data science director called me first (even before the HR phone call!), and asked me to complete a predictive modeling "challenge" on their actual data. Right after my submission, the DS director emailed me that she was impressed by my background and submission but the team is not moving forward with my application! I hope they take a more ethical and transparent approach when they sell their product to the patients. On the bright side, I am glad that I didn't end up in such a toxic environment.
