I had 3 remote interviews that seemed to go very well because at the end of each one the person talked to me about the rest of the process and what was going to happen. Not having any news I contacted directly the human resources who simply wrote me that they were looking for other candidates without giving me the reasons that finally pushed them not to continue the recruitment process with me. After several months, the position being still vacant, I took the liberty of contacting them again as I was still as motivated to join this company. I never got any feedback, not even a polite refusal, it's very disappointing on their part.
