The interview was fairly simple and quick. I went through two interviews each around 20-25 minutes through an online chat room. The first interview consisted of around 5-6 questions. A few examples of questions included: Tell me about a time you relyed on written communication. Tell me about a time you had two obligations of equal importance and how you managed. Tell me about why you want to work for Tandem. Can you explain the products or are you familiar with them? etc. The second interview was more so based on getting to know you as a person so this one consisted of questions such as: what is one weakness and strength and why? What three words describe you? How would you de-escalate an angry and upset customer? Why is working at Tandem important to you? etc.

Three interviews were conducted. The first one was a phone interview gauging my interest in the job. The second interview was with the HR talent acquisition specialist 1-on-1. The final interview was with the manager and supervisory panel of the department that I was applying for.
