I what I thought was a great conversation with the recruiter, she provided next steps in the process, told me who I would meet with next and to be on the look out for the invite via email. 20 mins later there’s a thanks but no thanks email. She didn’t have to move me forward in the process but why give false hope? Job applicant’s are people! I’m so happy I obviously dodged working for a company that thinks treating a person like a number is ok
