Horrible horrible company overall. I am an SDET, I have been keep receiving email from them but today they called me regarding role " Test Engineer" and they offered me 35/hr for hybrid role in NJ ? This amount of money already a BAD JOKE by itself. Anyways I said let's talk about salary later then I went to google and tried to find actual company and their salary offer. End client was offering 135-160k yearly base salary plus bonuses. Also Job title wasn't a "Test Engineer". Actual Job title was " Lead SDET ". So when the title is lead, bonus percentages changes and SDET lead gets at least 70$ p hour not 35$ per hour everything(bonus?) included. Anyways I called them back and asked them is this just a Test Engineer Role or this is a Lead SDET role with minimum 8 years of experience. I believe they are smart enough to understand that I UNDERSTOOD THEIR CHEAP DIRTY GAME. Without an intention they baaarely said " yes this is a lead role" and I started to explain I found their end client and end client offers 65 - 77$ p hour plus bonus. I asked them how come they are giving missing info and seriously offering only 35$ to lead ? AND THEY HANG OFF THE PHONE TO MY FACE. :D CANDIDATES STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY GAMES !!!! BE AWARE THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. With Lead bonuses and stuffs they will receive around 195k yearly from company and will pay 72,800 yearly rest of the 122,000$ goes the their pocket directly from your leadership skills. STAY AWAY AWAY AWAY !!!!!
