First I did three separate phone interviews. Each time I interviewed with someone on the phone it was with someone other than who I was told I'd be talking to. During one of the scheduled 30 minute calls the Chief Business Officer's phone clunked out we ended up talking for about 10 of the 30 minutes. Next I went in on two occasions and met with people. Just like with the phone, I did not meet with who I was told in most every instance. When I finally met with the CEO he was like a sad puppy because a customer had just dropped them for a competitor so the whole interview he was watching a television over my shoulder not even realizing he was asking repetitive questions.

Applied online and was contacted within 48 hrs - great response time. The recruiter bypassed phone screening me and passed me on to the hiring manager, but that move was not communicated to the hiring manager, so my interview started out a bit weird. Hiring manager was disengaged and was clearly focused on something else the entire time -- incredibly off-putting. To top it off, they have zero follow-up and I've had radio silence from them. Its completely fine if you are "passing" (I clearly passed on the company based on the disengaged hiring manager), but at least have the decency to let the candidate know your decision.
