It took very long and it was using a frustrating website to record myself doing the videos for Target. i would not recommend taking the time to do it since I didn't even get a followup.
They are friendly. Many job related questions are asked. Still waiting for the results. Being asked about the time shift preference. Also being asked about the previous experience. Asked for the previous customer complaining issues.
Basic retail questions. The company does try to get you to open up about personal and professional accomplishments and goals. With any retail job weekends and nights are a possibility. Don’t let them tell you that you’d have a fixed schedule. Overall, easy process and good first job option.
