Interview
Very friendly and a personable experience. I was asked how I have dealt with a difficult situation or a poor customer experience. We also took part in a group activity of placing a puzzle together in groups and see how we troubleshot a problem. The other group had our last piece and we had theirs. We got lucky and were all hired on the spot, skipping the individual interview process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Target Australia (Sydney) in Sep 2021
Interview
Interview process was easy to follow. They guide you through the steps and the order in which you carry out said steps however they stated they would get back to me “in a couple days” to let me know the outcome. However it has been over a month and still no follow up, regarding even if i was unsuccessful, felt like it was quite unprofessional.
