I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Brooklyn, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
dress nice casual dont go in sweats or look unkempt ! They ask you what task have you done before random events and like how did you help your manager complete a task or what went wrong and what went right. So go in prepared to work if you’re nonchalant you wont get hired be yourself
Application process was easy enough. The questjons are relatively basic but the interviewer definitely was engaging. Not really a two way conversation feels a lot like being inquired instead of trying to get to know the company but for part time work it’s what you’d expect
