Interview
I applied for the job online and a few days later received a phone call to set up an interview. There were two interviews and both were relatively easy. The first interview was four questions that needed a three part answer (what was the problem, what did you do to fix it, what was the outcome). The second interview was more situational with how you would handle problems in the work place.

If I asked a teacher, what would they say is your biggest weakness?
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
