Everyone from HR, TL, and ETL were super nice and kind. I interviewed with my future boss, the sales floor TL, and the sales floor ETL. They both had 5 questions and took copious notes. After they ask questions, be prepared to ask a question or 2 yourself, they absolutely loved that I had questions for them. They also want very specific examples of experience, no generalities.

They first gave me an interview with a team leader. I passed that and went on to the next interview with the ETL HR and Shea asked me quite a few behavioral and situational question that we're not difficult at all. After that I got the job offer.
