Interview
I cannot emphasis how ridiculous Target's interview process was. They called me in for an interview as I had worked for Target before. I was supposed to interview with two people. The first person left the room and the second person only came to say "you can go home." REALLY? Not to mention the first woman I interviewed with was short with discussion and rude. STAY AWAY FROM TARGET. If they hire you they will fire you when you don't sign enough people up for credit cards.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
