Interview
I completed two rounds of interviews for the Target Roundel Account Manager position. The first was with a recruiter and the second was either three managers, who asked a mix of situational and behavioral questions for about a hour. While the process was professional and the team was polite, it felt a little too formal for my preference. Ultimately, I was not offered the position, but would have been interested had they extended an offer as it seems like a great place to work with a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

Situation: A client emails you and is unhappy with campaign performance. Explain the steps you take to manage the client and improve the campaign.
Interview process is so smooth. It was easy, benefits are good. 3 rounds of interviews, 1st round with recruiter. Customer service skills, Teamwork and communication, Handling difficult customers, Time management and multitasking
Interview process is simple, like the typical average interview except, it’s a video interview. If they like you from there its cake. Just be yourself, and def keep your availability open, they practically want you available whenever.
