Interview
I was interviewed twice in about an hour period. First by a team lead then by a department lead, or LOD. The LOD made the final call. Then I was hired that day. I had orientation the following week. Orientation lasted about 2 hours and covered all company values and expectations.

Question 1
They ask you about specific times in which you proved certain abilities (ex. Conflict resolution)
Pretty brief and standard interview. They asked what experience I had and if I'm capable of lifting/bending the required amount. They showed me around and pretty much offered the job on the spot. It's a great seasonal gig, especially around the holidays.

Interview
After filling out the application online, I received an phone interview from the ETL-HR for the position a couple of weeks later. They asked questions regarding my background, my availability, and a time where I had to work with a team. Once I completed the phone interview, they gave me an in person interview on the following day. After arriving 15 minutes prior to the interview time, I had an interview with the ETL of Logistics and the TL, resulting in me getting hired on the spot.

Interview
I applied online for a position in logistics but was offered flow team member, received a call about a week after my online application and asked about my availability to work a minimum of 20hrs a week, was asked to come in the next day for an interview
