I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Woodstock, GA) in May 2016
Interview
When I came in for the interview, it seemed extremely unorganized. They could not find the employee that was supposed to interview me and when they did she took me to her office. She began by asking me basic questions about myself. The interview consisted off situational questions such as, "Name a time you had to work with someone you did not agree with." Overall, she was a nice person to be interviewed by. When the interview was over, she said, "You are amazing! I want to work with you!" She then said I would definitely be hearing from her. Five days later I received an e-mail saying that I would not be offered the position. I just found it to be extremely unprofessional to tell me I'd be hearing from them and then they tell me I did not get the job.

Question 1
Name a time you were interrupted from a task and how you handled it.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
