Interview
I applied online through the Target website. About a week later, I received a phone call scheduling a phone screening interview a few days later. The screener asked several questions. All of them were give me an example of a time when.... Type questions. They also explained that Tarfmfet utilizes their employees throughout the store and would I be willing to work in other departments if needed... Etc. After answering the questions, I was told I would be hearing from the store within a couple days. I heard from the store within the hour to schedule a 1:1 interview. During that interview, I was offered the job.
