They were hiring for seasonal and it was an event, they were working through people as quick as they could and they were weeding out the people that weren't serious for the job, I am sure normally it is a much different interview process, but this was a seasonal (Christmas) hiring. They had three stages, you fill out the application questionnaire, they call you into an interview where they figure out what position you would fill best, then they move you on to where they interview you with the manager of the department they chose. This was about a 40 minute process.

They asked about previous employers, what department you would be interested in, and they asked about you hobbies and interests relation to the department you were working in.
i filled out the application and received a virtual interview offer shortly after. i was then called a few days later and offered a position on the electronics team despite that not being what i applied for. accepted anyway

Fill out the on-line form and got called for an interview. They sit you down and ask easy enough questions. This was at this point many years ago. Glassdoor just makes you do a review to see things and this one is neutral enough.

It was a fairly standard interview process, where they asked you questions about yourself. They also gauged how much you knew about tech, since you would be aiding people buying electronic devices.
