Interview
Came in for my first interview on a Tuesday and my 2nd interview the following Monday. Got a call with a job offer about 5 hours later. Each interview was quick and all 3 people who interviewed me were kind, charismatic, and put me completely at ease. I was laughing and joking with my first interviewer not even 5 minutes in. They are SUPER LGBT friendly! Very respectful of my preferred name and pronouns!! That was pretty cool.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time when you exceeded what was expected of you in your workplace.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
