I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Sep 2011
Interview
It was difficult to schedule the interview, however once I received the call, I chose to do it on the spot. I went through HR's processes then interviewed on the phone, then finally went to the location to interview with HR of my desired location. I pretty much had the job before the second interview as it seemed to only be a meet and greet.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
