Interview
One simple interview with basic questions - any retail experience, what hours are you available, why do you want to work at Target - the types of questions I would expect for a job generally populated by high school students and stay-at-home moms.
I did an online interview followed by a phone call, which were both went pretty smoothly compared to most interviews I have done. The questions in the video interview are the usual interview questions, and the phone call were mostly confirming my hiring.
I was first interviewed by team lead then the store’s manager. They asked situational questions that were very easy to answer. Then they made a hiring decision right on the spot.
