Interview
I promised myself I would right a review for Target as soon as I finish with the Interviewing process. I just got a rejection letter with no feedback. I would suggest if you have time to waste please apply to target. It started with me applying back in November and then getting a call from hr in January. She phone screened me and then made me take an assessment. After that scheduled me for an interview with an STL. The interview was behavioral and very easy. Another week or two passed and i got scheduled for another interview with an STL at a different target location. This interview was similar to the first one. Then after another couple of weeks I interviewed with the DTL and he seemed to be in a hurry the whole time. He did not use a packet like the other two STL's did. Just asked me questions on if he were to work for me, what would I like about me as a manager and what would I not like about me. He told me there would be another interview after this one. I thought after almost a month and a half the process is finally get over. Oh no I was so wrong. After the DTL interview they called me in for a store tour after another 2 weeks. The ETL who gave me the tour went way over time (usually lasts an hour, but i was there for 2 hours). He also forgot to give me the drug packet so I had to go back in the next day to go get it. After this there was a two week delay and I was then scheduled for my final interview which happened after another 2 weeks. It was over the phone with two HR reps. It was the same questions asked in the first and second interview. They told me I would hear back in a week and so I did. After 3 months and multiple interviews, they decided to pursue more qualified candidates. I just wish they would have told me sooner that I wasn't qualified so I din't waste my time and gas to drive to different locations.
Once applying you will be reached out to by a recruiter then you will typically go through 2 more interviews after the recruiter before receiving a job offer. Of those 2 interviews one is typically conducted at the store level then one will be conducted at the district level before extending a job offer.

About 30 minutes long. Ask behavioral based questions. I would strongly recommend that you come up with 5 really great past work/school situations that you are proud of and find a way to use those examples in any of your answers. Also be sure to always have a tangible outcome for every answer.
