I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Melbourne)
Interview
I applied online and I also had an employee referral. They called me after about a week, and asked if I would like to come in for an interview. Mine only went for around 15 minutes; they just mainly asked me about my availability, strengths and weaknesses and why I wanted to work at Target. They also gave me a lot of valuable information about how Target works and what the role would involve.
