It was an inhouse job over so being already employed I just had an interview. The interview consisted of a human resourse person and the head of security for our location. Situational ouestions where asked such as, explain a confrontation you had with an employee and the outcome of it.

There was a two part interview - one with the manager of the security team at the store I would be working at. And then the second interview was with the district level manager of security.
They basically asked questions about myself, and how I would respond to certain situations or give examples of how I handled certain situations. They are basically looking for people that are able to work with people of different backgrounds and also able to be empathetic. They also want people that are able to deescalate potentially tense/difficult situations.

two guys. Looking for confrontation or lack of integrity. its the same questions that Target uses for every position. they want to ensure you are on their team and not on everyone elses team. They need you to be a self motivated person who has a lot of integrity and isnt afraid to do whats necessary in order to catch thieves and report team members.
