Interview
I interviewed for the Target in Capitola which hasn't opened yet. They have a little store in the Capitola mall where they conduct their interviews. I called in and they set me up an appointment for an interview. I had my first interview with a woman, she asked me a lot of situational questions. Once that interview was over I had another interview 5 minutes after the first with another woman. She asked me more situational/behavioral questions. Once that interview was over, within 5 minutes i was talking to the manager/head team leader and she offered me the job.
You don't have to come dressed in target colors for the interview, I wore a black skirt, with a sheer white button up top and a black blazer with flats. Do come looking professional/ business casual. Dress to impress. And fake it til you make it. They want energetic, fun people that want to work in a fast paced enviornment.

The question was something along the lines of:
When was a time you had to help someone without knowing they needed to be helped?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.

How to handle certain situations that would happen in the real world revolving around a customer.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
