Initially, I applied online, and about one week later I received a call to set up an interview the very next day. I had about 3 interviews that day. The first supervisor asked me about my availability, and then five situational questions. Next, I met with second supervisor who asked me another five situational questions. Lastly, I was told by yet another supervisor that they were offering me the job! I then had to answer some questions online asking 'what would you do' in certain work situations. Very simple. Right after my interview, I took the required drug test at a separate location, and I was good to go! :) The whole interview process went very quick. I had the appointment set for 10 o'clock, arrived around 9:45, and was done at 10:30! I would advise other candidates to look through a couple of these pages and think of some good stories to use for the situational questions. I had no previous work experience, but I used stories from school, and it turned out fine! GOOD LUCK! :)
