I went on the website and filled an out an application for the position I was interested in. The application was really quick and the questions were straight forward. After I was done I called to talk to one of the assistants in HR to set up an interview for the very next day. I came in like 10 minutes before my actual interview and guest services told me to sit in the eating area. They were actually late on the interview by almost 10 minutes but I didn't mind. I had my first interview with the assistant, she asked really general questions like availability, why would you like to work for us, what does great guest (customer) service look like to you. After that she sent me to interview with the hiring manager, that was a little more tense. He told me he still had other interviews up front was hiring what he felt were the best candidates. He asked a lot of behavioral type questions and took more notes, a lot of what if questions. I was very detailed and kept eye contact to show interest. By the end of my interview he told me he had already decided to hire me just by going by what his assistant said. I had a really pleasant experience at that location at least.
