Interview
I got an interview at target at 3:00pm. I arrived a bit early and they told me to sit down in Starbucks cafeteria. One of the managers came and escorted me to the office. I waited for about 5 more minutes than another manager came and sit me down in her office. Before she even asked me any interview questions, she said she had an issue with my availability, that it wasn't enough hours for them, so she goes out the door to ask if my availability is enough and she said no. Why didn't you just decline my application than? It was a complete waste of time and she apologized for it.
The interview process was on HireVue. You had 30 seconds to prep for each question and could record responses 3 different times if you needed more attempts. The questions were straightforward and you could practice

Tell us about a time when you were working with a colleague towards a common goal and you disagreed? How did you handle it and what was the outcome?
Loved the interview process. It was a little nervous. Had to pass two groups of people. I thought it was good questions asked. Practice before you go. Be yourself. Show your strengths. Make your weakness your strength. Give examples of your past Customer Service experience and how you helped them.
