Interview
Filled out an application online, and was called within a week to go in for an interview. I had my first one with one manager. Very relaxed, informal, and she was nice. Then, she told me she wanted me to talk to one more person, so I did another interview right then with another manager, who was also nice. Then they hired me on the spot and I started training within 3 days. First interview was maybe 15 minutes, the second one was maybe only 10 minutes. Both interviews were one-on-one.

It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
