I used Glassdoor.com to prepare for interview questions so when I interviewed I was prepared for everything they asked me. All the questions were situational and they wanted to hear the action and the result for each situation. They were impressed with how prepared I was and asked me to wait and do a 2nd interview with another person. They are looking for really positive people, so be as sincerely positive as you can.

They asked me if I liked folding clothes. I told them it wasn't my favorite thing to do and I think that cost me the job.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
