I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Naples, FL) in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied online, called to follow up a week later, scheduled an interview. I waited by the HR desk for an hour and then was called back by a Team leader (i think). I was asked about my availability, work history, and was asked some questions regarding what I'd do in different situations or to explain a time when I had to work in a team etc. She told me to wait and 20 minutes later I was called back by the HR manager who went over what I said with the first person and then described what I applied for, and asked if I would accept the job. Did a background check then scheduled Orientation.

Question 1
When was a time you had to work in a team to get something done quickly, and how did you make sure everyone got along and worked well?
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
