Interview
The first interview was done in the Starbucks area with one of the team leaders and was pretty simple. I had to make sure all my information was correct and then we moved onto the situational questions. They were pretty easy to answer, though some were difficult due to never having a job before. The second interview was done in the store team leader's office the next day. It was also pretty simple and also had situational questions. I was offered the job two days later and I accepted the job. I am now awaiting the orientation process.

Interview was fast and efficient! I really enjoyed the interview process and getting to know the team leaders. They wanted to get to know me and make sure they put me in the best position to align with my skills and talents.
