Filled out app online at 11:00 pm on wednesday got a call the next day on thursday at 12:00 pm for a phone interview that lasted about 30 min. Got a call on friday at 8:55 am to schedule a 1:1 interview with the manager. Had an interview the same day at 12:00 pm and then got hired the same day as well. Took a drug test and background check and drug test at 4pm the same day. Orientation is on upcoming thursday. Process was extremely quick! The position is seasonal but hopefully i get to stay!

phone interview is the same as in person interview with manager so be prepared and remember your answer.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
