There were many people interviewing at the same time and before and after me. Went through the first interview and the the guy called in another guy for the second interview. Then he called in another lady and she gave me the job. Whole process took like less than two days from when I applied.
One interview with HR team lead after submitting application online - she asked about my interest in beauty, background experience etc. I was offered the job at end of interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Two interview rounds with almost the same questions. They mainly asked about my previous job and my availability. I currently work another part time job so I think that kinda turned them away. Perfect for someone with open availability. They usually hire on the spot but told me i'd get an email response

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, availability, tell me about a time you had to influence a coworker, how would you approach a customer looking at mascaras, tell me a time you went above and beyond, tell me about a time when you had to experience a sudden change at work, etc.
