Interview
Very quick, very decisive, introspective and prospective questions involving possible scenarios that could happen at the work place. The initial interview was a phone screening to have the team lead that you wanted to apply to screen you about your skills or possible assets you could offer the department. The second was a 1:1 interview done in a secluded room where they asked mostly personality questions and scenario questions.

Question 1
How would you respond to a guest asking you for help?
Regular interview withe a few hypothetical questions. Just be confident and tell them what they want to hear. It's just the grocery business so they will not be too picky on candidates.
It was very smooth. The interview person was really nice and outgoing. The questions were not too hard to answer, although they took some time to think about how to answer them.
