I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2012
Interview
Contacted by email because resume was selected from on-line. Asked if I would like to do a phone interview and did that w/in a week and it lasted about 30 minutes and pretty basic questions. Was contacted 2 days later and told they wanted to move foward and asked if I would be interested and I accepted. Then you have to do an on-line questionair and they say its an hour but it took me about 1hr & 40 minutes. 95 questions and 1-52 is simple, but if you have no math and I do mean math or problem solving skills, forget about it cause 54-95 is a pain in the butt(I wantd to say the A word)! Next is an in depth phone interview that ask you questions from the planet Mars and be ready to give in depth answers or once again, forget about it! Then comes the on-site interview and its pretty much like everybody says 3 interview w 3 different panels and they all ask you the exact same questions, really. And if you answer the questions close to what you did on the 2nd phone interview, you'll be fine

Initial screening by a recruiter at a job fair, followed by a series of phone interviews. Next is a few computer tests, then comes the in person interview. It begins with a tour of the facility, followed by a brief presentation overview of the company. Next, candidates are split off to conduct a series of interviews with the senior group leaders. Expect to interview with each SGL.

Question 1
Describe a time when you made a big mistake and tell us how you handled it.
She called me about a month and a half after I applied, I had pretty much forgotten about the job by then. We set up a preliminary phone interview. She called 15 after our appointment and asked me basic questions, it seemed like it went alright but I got an email a week later that said they were pursuing other candidates. Total waste of time.
