I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2018
Interview
It was a three step interview process after applying online. The first was a phone call, which they mostly just confirmed everything on my application. Then, we set up a time for the first interview. This was a team leader and he went over my position and what I would do. Interview questions were asked - mostly situational. It went well, but since his boss wasn’t in that day, we scheduled one a few days later. That interview was more hands on - with more confirming my application and more situational questions. Then, we went onto the floor to do some situations - such as “what’s your favorite recommendations?” “what would you do if i needed help with skin care?” etc. I was then offered a job and went over orientation and other informations with an HR manager. Since it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous but it all went pretty smoothly.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
situation based questions such as “name a time where you and a team tried to achieve a certain goal” or “name a time where you were able to improve and succeed”
another question was time management. there were a lot of questions regarding this one. “how do you prioritize?” “what would you do if you are unable to get your workload done?”
One interview with HR team lead after submitting application online - she asked about my interest in beauty, background experience etc. I was offered the job at end of interview.

Interview
Two interview rounds with almost the same questions. They mainly asked about my previous job and my availability. I currently work another part time job so I think that kinda turned them away. Perfect for someone with open availability. They usually hire on the spot but told me i'd get an email response
