For a Target interview, you don't need to get too dressed up (i.e. a business suit). Just wear something "business casual", as in a skirt (not too shot) or slacks and a nice top. Don't wear jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers.

It is good to ask them questions as well, for multiple reasons. Asking questions show that you are genuinely interested in the job. And while the interviewer is answering your questions you are releived of answering their questions. Some good questions to ask would be what tasks you would be assigned if given the job, what the work schedule would be like, when you would start, what kind of training would be necessary, etc.
The interview process for Target was a bit unprofessional. They were clearly in need of someone with the skills required because they sent me through the "basic" and management interviews in one day. However, there was little information provided about the position even when asking questions and pay for management with several years experience was being offered at $8 and hour! That is barely above minimum wage in our state. When walking in and out of a company I am interviewing with I take a good look at the employees and they generally seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. It could have been only that location that has these issues but I was still surprised and disappointed.

Interview
Standard experience based interview. I was invited to meet with two managers, each used the same questions and I was then sent out for a drug test. Upon completion of test I was offered the position and scheduled for training and orientation. All in all it was a basic retail interview process.
