I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Harrisburg, PA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was first asked by HR to come in for an interview, then to come back a few days later to interview with another person (or two, I forget). The people I interviewed with were all likable individuals, and treated me as a real person rather than just some robot they expected to last only a few months. I was hired and told to fill out lots of paperwork, as expected. First few shifts were 4-5 hours of training, where another worker in the same position shows how it’s done, gives pointers, and then assists you if needed when on your own.
All in all a good experience, however HR can be disorganized at times and overlooks some apps/lies about calling applicants back, which is kinda daunting. But aside from those few instances it’s a nice gig.

Question 1
Describe a time you changed someone else’s mind about a subject.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
