I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The first interview is the phone interview, and then I had one face-to-face interview. Both are very easy if you are prepared for the kinds of questions they are going to ask you. Both interviews pretty much had the same questions. The face to face was easier than the phone interview. Once you get there for the face to face, they ask you to take another quick questionnaire, which only took me about ten minutes. Then they call you back in and ask you some questions about yourself.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
